• NEW! Vantage Hill Changes Management Companies—As of February 1st, 2009 Vantage Hill will be managed by Armstrong Management Company instead of Cardinal Management. The board is very excited about the change!! With this change comes some changes in the way residents deal with maintenance problems in their unit. • Energy Saving Recommendations and References—Due to the substantial increases in energy costs we all need to take action to reduce energy use at Vantage Hill.
