• NEW: Recycling At Vantage Hill—Vantage Hill residents can now leave recycling at the corral set up in the front parking lot. These bins are for recyclable material only. A printable PDF file showing items that can and cannot be recycled is available here: Recycling Flier. Non recyclable material left at the coral (computers, yogurt containers, plastic bags, etc.) will be left to fester. Important: If you’re not sure whether or not an item is recyclable remember, “When in doubt leave it out”.

• Sample Patio/Balcony Request Form—Vantage Hill residents interested in screening their porch or balcony will need to submit unit modification requests to the Reston Association (RA) as well as the Vantage Hill Board. • Important: Junk Pick-Up—Vantage Hill pays American Disposal to collect large items curbside every Friday (not Tuesday). If you have large furniture or other big trash, please put it out for Friday’s pick-up only.
• Neighborhood Watch Program—Vantage Hill residents are asked to be vigilant and report any suspicious or concerning activity to the Fairfax Police Nonemergency Dept. at 703.691.2131 and by sending a comment message to notifying our management company below .
• Direct Payment Condo Dues and Other Forms—Residents can easily have monthly condominium dues paid directly from their checking or savings account. Just print, fill out and mail the Pre-Authorized Payment form to:

• Board Meetings—Vantage Hill residents are invited and encouraged to come to monthly board meetings. Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month. • Wanted—Vantage Hill is looking to hire both a maintenance and a housekeeping employee. We are hoping to find qualified Vantage Hill residents to fill these full time jobs. • Recycling—Glass and plastic bottles, metal cans, newspapers, magazines, envelopes, scrap paper and small pieces of cardboard can all be recycled at the coral in the front parking lot.
