Direct Payment Form (pdf)
Residents can have their monthly condominium dues paid directly from their checking or savings account. Just print, fill out and mail the form to Cardinal Management.

Furnace Inspection Form (pdf)
Residents must have their furnaces inspected by a certified HVAC contractor every Fall. Submit completed forms to Cardinal Management before December 31st. Save a stamp and drop your form off at a board meeting.

Plumbing Inspection Form (pdf)
Residents must have their plumbing inspected by a certified plumbing contractor every Fall. Submit completed forms to Cardinal Management before December 31st. Save a stamp and drop your form off at a board meeting.

Unit Modification/Improvement Request Form (pdf)
Vantage Hill residents who want to remodel their condos or install laundry machines need to complete this form and submit it to the Board for approval.

Resident Information Form (pdf)
All new Vantage Hill residents are required to complete the Resident Informaition form. Submit this form along with the $50 (check or money order) move in fee to the off-site manager (Jonathan Sucher).
